Integration
A mobile field-service and job-dispatch platform for WTT, connected with the client’s IT systems to retrieve and assign work orders. Workers can view assigned jobs, locate customers with Google Maps and record arrival times, departure times, locations and work-order updates. Barcode and QR-code scanning captures device and serial numbers, while photographs and file attachments give office staff visibility of work orders.
